Dr Chiwanga is a specialist obstetrician and gynaecologist with over a decade of practice in Zimbabwe. She founded Women Health Centre in 2015 with a clear vision: to deliver woman-centred obstetric and gynaecological care that is consistently professional, compassionate, and internationally informed.
Her practice is innovative and constantly evolving — she was the first physician in Zimbabwe to offer the O-Shot®, Bulkamid, Clitoxin, and botulinum toxin for vaginismus. She provides colposcopy, LEEP, ablation, laparoscopic procedures, and complex gynaecological surgery, as well as a full spectrum of obstetric care including high-risk pregnancies.
